Burnout Road

Are you tired? Worn down? On the road to burnout? Jesus felt that way at times too... So He made time to rest.

Mark 6:31
Then, because so many people were coming and going that they did not even have a chance to eat, he said to them, “Come with me by yourselves to a quiet place and get some rest.”

Won't you find a quiet place to rest with Jesus? Give Him your worries and burdens. Lay them down at His feet. He cares for you and your well-being.

1 Peter 5:7
Cast all your anxiety on him because He cares for you.

You cannot be effective when running on empty. We all need to be refreshed, renewed and re-energized regularly. God offers soul refreshment that cannot be obtained anywhere else. Drink from His well that never runs dry.

Psalm 23:3
He refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name’s sake.
