True Worship

"God is spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth." (John 4:24)

It's not where you are physically but where you are spiritually that matters! Just remember the object of worship is not a place but a Person. That being said, I hope each of you who are physically able will be found in a place of worship each week, gathered with other like-minded, like-hearted and like-spirited believers.

Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful. And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another. (Hebrews 10:23-25)

Your presence in a place of worship is meant to be as much an encouragement to you as you are to others. We stir each other up to do good, be better, and remain faithful. So put aside anything that would hinder you from being totally immersed into genuine worship of God. Then you will have what it takes to lovingly pour out what you have received on others.

Remember: It's not about you! It's all about Him!
